Skills. Opportunities. Livelihoods.
Designed, tested and scaled with young people.
PISIS Hub works at the intersection of five forces shaping young lives.
Five pillars. One integrated pathway for young people.
Each pillar names a distinct part of our work — and connects to the others through shared programmes, research and opportunity systems.
Creative Economy and Skills Development
Help young people build practical, professional and market-relevant capabilities for participation in the creative economy.
Culture, Heritage and Creative Research
Protect, document and reimagine Sierra Leonean and African cultural heritage while creating opportunities for young people.
Digital Inclusion and Future Skills
Ensure that young people, especially those from underserved communities, can participate in an increasingly digital economy.
Entrepreneurship, Employment and Opportunity Systems
Build stronger pathways from learning to livelihoods.

Design and test practical responses to social challenges affecting young people and their communities.

PISIS Pathways
Pilot concept — seeking research and implementation partners
PISIS Pathways is an emerging youth opportunity and employment infrastructure that aims to help young people document their capabilities, receive community-based career guidance, discover relevant opportunities and build clearer pathways into education, employment and entrepreneurship.
Turning practice into evidence.
PISIS Hub produces reports, cultural research, policy briefs, programme learning, impact reports, publications and creative economy insights that inform our own work and support the wider development ecosystem.
A dedicated Research and Insights library is in development.
Measured against outcomes, not just activity.
We track skills and professional development, employment and livelihoods, enterprise creation, digital inclusion, cultural preservation, community participation, gender and disability inclusion, climate outcomes and policy influence. Verified figures and case studies are published as programmes mature.
